Priscila Couto

Priscila is Senior Policy Manager, LatAm at Ripple. Based in São Paulo, Brazil, Priscila is responsible for leading Ripple’s engagement and advocacy with governments, regulators, policymakers, think tanks and civil society organizations in the Latin America region to support and develop regulation that promotes responsible innovation in digital assets and blockchain technology. Prior to joining Ripple, Priscila spent over eight years in the technology sector, most recently as Public Policy Manager at Meta. Priscila is a Master’s student in Law and Technology at Fundação Getúlio Vargas - Law School in São Paulo, and holds a Bachelor of Law (LL.B) from the Federal University of Rio de Janeiro-UFRJ.
